The term "User" refers to any user, whether a natural or legal person, who visits or interacts in any way with the Site. In this regard, Le Labyrinthe determines all technical, legal, and organizational means and purposes of processing the personal data of Users. Le Labyrinthe is committed to taking all necessary measures to ensure that the processing of personal data complies with the law of July 30, 2018, relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter, "the Law") and the European Regulation of April 26, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (hereinafter the "Regulation"). Le Labyrinthe is free to choose any natural or legal person who processes the personal data of users at its request and on its behalf (hereinafter the "Processor"). If applicable, Le Labyrinthe is committed to selecting a Processor that provides sufficient guarantees regarding the technical and organizational security measures for the processing of personal data, in accordance with the Law and the Regulation.

The use of the Site by Users may result in the communication of personal data. The processing of this data by The Maze, in its capacity as Data Controller, or by the service providers acting on behalf of and for the account of The Maze, will be in accordance with the Law and the Regulation. By accessing and using the Site, the User declares that they have taken note of and freely, specifically, informedly, and unequivocally agreed to the processing of personal data concerning them. This agreement pertains to the content of this Privacy Policy. Consent is given by the positive act by which the User has checked the box proposing the Privacy Policy via hyperlink. This consent is an essential condition for carrying out certain operations on the Site or for allowing the User to enter into a contractual relationship with The Labyrinth. Any contract binding The Labyrinth and a User regarding the services and goods offered on the Site is subject to the User's acceptance of the Privacy Policy. The User consents to the Data Controller processing and collecting, in accordance with the terms and principles contained in this Privacy Policy, their personal data communicated on the Site or in connection with the services offered by The Labyrinth, for the purposes indicated above. The User has the right to withdraw their consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent previously given.

In accordance with Article 13 §2 of the Regulation and the Law, the Data Controller retains personal data only for the time reasonably necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are processed. This duration is in any case less than: 6 months

Personal data may be transmitted to the agents, collaborators, subcontractors, or suppliers of the Labyrinth who provide adequate data security guarantees and who collaborate with the Labyrinth in the marketing of products or the provision of services. They act under the direct authority of the Labyrinth and are notably responsible for collecting, processing, or subcontracting this data. In all cases, the recipients of the data and those to whom this data has been disclosed respect the content of this Privacy Policy. The Labyrinth ensures that they will process this data solely for the intended purposes, discreetly and securely. In the event that the data is disclosed to third parties for direct marketing or prospecting purposes, the User will be informed in advance so that they can express their consent to the use of this personal data.

a. Right of access
In accordance with Article 15 of the Regulation, The Labyrinth guarantees the User's right to access their personal data. The User has the right to obtain access to said personal data as well as the following information: – The purposes of the processing; – The categories of personal data concerned; – The recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated, in particular the recipients who are established in third countries or international organizations; – Where possible, the envisaged duration of the retention of the personal data or, where that is not possible, the criteria used to determine that duration; – The existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, referred to in Article 22, paragraphs 1 and 4 of the Regulation, and, at least in such cases, useful information regarding the underlying logic, as well as the significance and the expected consequences of this processing for the data subject. The Data Controller may require the payment of reasonable fees based on administrative costs for any additional copy requested by the User. When the User submits this request electronically (via email for example), the information is provided in a commonly used electronic format, unless the User requests otherwise. The copy of their data will be communicated to the User no later than one month after the receipt of the request.

b. Right to rectification
Le Labyrinthe garantit le droit de rectification et d’effacement des données personnelles à l’utilisateur. Conformément à l’article 16 du Règlement, les données incorrectes, inexactes ou non-pertinentes peuvent être corrigées ou effacées à tout moment. L’Utilisateur procède d’abord lui-même aux modifications nécessaires depuis son compte utilisateur/autre, sauf si celles-ci ne peuvent être effectuées de manière autonome, dans quel cas la demande peut en être faite auprès du Labyrinthe. Conformément à l’article 19 du Règlement, le Responsable du traitement notifie à chaque destinataire auquel les données à caractère personnel ont été communiquées toute rectification des données à caractère personnel, à moins qu’une telle communication se révèle impossible ou exige des efforts disproportionnés. Le responsable du traitement fournit à la personne concernée des informations sur ces destinataires si celle-ci en fait la demande.

c. Droit à l’effacement
The User has the right to obtain the erasure of their personal data without undue delay in the cases listed in Article 17 of the Regulation. When the Data Controller has made the personal data public and is required to erase it under the previous paragraph, the Data Controller, taking into account the available technologies and the costs of implementation, takes reasonable steps, including technical measures, to inform other data controllers who process this personal data that the data subject has requested the erasure by these data controllers of any link to this personal data, or of any copy or reproduction of it. The two previous paragraphs do not apply to the extent that this processing is necessary: – For the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information; – To comply with a legal obligation which requires the processing provided for by Union law or by the law of the Member State to which the Data Controller is subject, or to perform a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the Data Controller; – The recognition, exercise or defense of legal rights.

d. Right to restriction of processing
The User has the right to obtain the restriction of processing of their personal data in the cases listed in Article 19 of the Regulation.

e. Right to data portability
In accordance with Article 20 of the Regulation, Users have the right to receive from Labyrinth the personal data concerning them in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. Users have the right to transmit this data to another data controller without Labyrinth hindering this in the cases provided for by the Regulation. When the User exercises their right to data portability as per the previous paragraph, they have the right to obtain that the personal data be transmitted directly from one data controller to another, where technically feasible. The exercise of the right to data portability is understood without prejudice to the right to erasure of data. This right does not apply to processing necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the Data Controller. The right to data portability does not affect the rights and freedoms of third parties.

f. Right to object and automated individual decision-making
The User has the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning them, including profiling related to prospecting. In accordance with Article 21 of the Regulation, The Labyrinth will no longer process personal data unless it demonstrates that there are legitimate and compelling grounds for the processing that override the interests and rights and freedoms of the User, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal rights. When processing data for prospecting purposes, the User has the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning them for such prospecting purposes, including profiling insofar as it is related to such prospecting. When the data subject objects to processing for prospecting purposes, the personal data will no longer be processed for those purposes.

g. Right to complain

The User has the right to file a complaint regarding the processing of their personal data by The Labyrinth with the Commission for the Protection of Privacy, competent for the Belgian territory. More information can be found on the website: https://www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be. The Site uses "cookies" techniques that allow it to process statistics and information about traffic, facilitate navigation, and improve the service for the comfort of the User, who can oppose the recording of these "cookies" by configuring their browsing software.

The Site may contain links to other websites owned by third parties not related to The Labyrinth. The content of these sites and their compliance with the Law and Regulations are not the responsibility of The Labyrinth. The holder of parental authority must give their express consent for a minor under 16 years old to disclose information or personal data on the Site. The Labyrinth strongly advises those exercising parental authority over minors to promote responsible and secure use of the Internet. The Data Controller cannot be held responsible for the collection and processing of information and personal data of minors under 16 years old whose consent is not effectively covered by that of their legal parents or guardians or for incorrect data – particularly regarding age – entered by minors. Under no circumstances will personal data be processed by the Data Controller if the User indicates that they are under 16 years old. The Labyrinth is not responsible for the loss, corruption, or theft of personal data caused notably by the presence of viruses or as a result of cyberattacks.

The Data Controller implements organizational and technical measures to ensure an adequate level of security for the processing and collection of data. The Site is equipped with an SSL certificate (Secure Socket Layer Certificate) to ensure that the information and the transfer of data passing through the Site are secure. However, The Labyrinth cannot be held responsible in case of technical defects compromising the confidentiality of the data or in case of a cyber attack.

The Labyrinth reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy to ensure its compliance with applicable law. Therefore, the User is invited to regularly consult this Privacy Policy to stay informed of the latest changes that will be made to it.

This Privacy Policy is exclusively governed by Belgian law. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of the judicial district of the registered office of the Labyrinth.
